Why aren't forclosure sales moving? 

Is the gov artificially keeping sales down? Banks aren't foreclosing even though NOD final has been done. The government wants to create a confidence in the market, right? 

If inventory appears to be decreasing, the market could stabilize and maybe even heat up.

When the Right Idea Surfaces

 

for quite some time, I've wanted to use the Google Blogger platform to compose nearly all my other blogs. Even Wordpress.

Why? Because there's no easier way to format and throw in pictures too. Picasa lets me "Blog This" and my blogs often use pictures. I avoided publishing on Blogger and copying to another blog because Google is known to banish duplicate copy from both sources. Bummer if you're the author. Then it occurred to me that if I set up a blog and selected for it to not be indexed. That would isolate it and allow me to post and copy without penalty. That's the theory anyway. I'll try it and see how it pans out.
